Business Development Executive

We are looking for an energetic, professional, and experienced Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele in the international market. As a successful BDE you must provide some past business records you have set and achieved. You must be willing to accept the challenging role, plan and implement proven sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business leads like a “PRO” through various online platforms.
  • Develop a sales strategy that focuses on long term recurring business.
  • Must be able to self learn, understand business acquisition techniques through digital mediums.
  • Candidates with existing business in hand will be given priority.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets/ strategies with proposed implementation plans in line with the Executive Management’s goal.
  • Proficient in generating business proposals, pitching proposals, based on the details provided by the concerned department for various services Hashe is offering.
  • Excellent communication, fluency in English is a must to handle international clients.
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule as per the target market region time zone.
  • Sound knowledge of IT business and solutions offered at Hashe.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in business development roles from IT/ Software background.
  • Excellent Formal English communication skills.
  • Education from IT/ BCS can be advantageous.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts.
  • Sales Target achievements is a must
  • Must be able to join in 2 weeks.
